Groomer will typically arrive a few minutes ahead of scheduled appointment and sometimes groomer may run a bit behind, depending on the last grooming session. Please also be mindful of traffic, since our Groomers travel to you. Overall your Dog Groomer strives to be on time and will communicate possible delays.

The grooming takes place wherever you and your dog feel most comfortable. Outdoors is only an option during the spring and fall Season. Summer only in the morning or in a cool garage.
